Customer Service Representative

SSCE/ND or equivalent qualification in any relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of solar energy products is an advantage, with willingness to learn. Ability to use POS systems and basic digital tools effectively. Customer-oriented, proactive, and attentive to details.

Greet and engage walk-in customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations. Provide clear and helpful information about inverters, lithium batteries, and related products. Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and long-term value. Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and receipts for transactions. Process sales efficiently using POS systems and maintain proper sales records. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and customer-friendly. Offer basic after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Document customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service delivery. Work closely with the storekeeper to monitor inventory and product availability.
