WE ARE HIRING HEAD OF SALES Organisation: Brielle Consulting Work Mode: Fully Remote Level: Senior Management About The Role Brielle Consulting is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and deliver sales performance across the firm’s professional service offerings. This role carries direct accountability for revenue delivery and requires a hands-on sales leader who can personally close deals while building a disciplined, high-performing sales function. The Head of Sales will be responsible for selling Brielle Consulting’s core services, including talent acquisition, payroll management, business and company registration, HR advisory, payroll outsourcing, and human capital development solutions. This is a performance-governed role designed for professionals who are comfortable with clear targets, structured accountability, and compensation directly tied to results. Key Accountabilities Drive direct sales and revenue generation across all Brielle Consulting services Personally close deals and lead by example in client acquisition Build, manage, and convert a healthy sales pipeline Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable for performance Execute sales strategies in line with the company’s growth objectives Work closely with the General Manager to deliver revenue outcomes Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting, and reporting GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE Operate strictly within documented sales processes, internal controls, and ISO-aligned quality standards Ensure ethical selling, accurate client documentation, and contract compliance Maintain audit-ready sales and performance records Compensation Structure Monthly Salary: ₦450,000 Performance Application 65% and above of the agreed performance threshold Full salary paid Below 65 % of the agreed performance threshold Salary is prorated strictly based on performance 100 % and above of the agreed performance threshold Full salary plus 5% performance-based incentive> Department meets 80% and above of target, 2% performance based incentive Compensation is strictly performance-linked.
