Inspire Her Afrika is seeking ahighly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistantto support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to the team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, projects, and communication. Email Management: This includes responding to emails and overall enquiries from internal and external individuals. External Liaison: Identifying and interacting with potential external partnership organisations and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships. This includes engaging guest speakers for mastery sessions. Internal Liaison: This involves communication with mentees and mentors on a wide range of occasions. Including, communicating rejection, acceptance into, or withdrawal from the mentorship program Documentation: Ensuring that minutes of team meetings are kept. Event Planning: This involves creating event agendas, registration forms, feedback forms, and engagement quizzes, scheduling events on Google Calendar, and sending invitations to participants. Calendar Management: This involves scheduling Birthdays of mentees, mentors and team members/volunteers on google calendar as wel as team meetings.
