Video Editor & Videographer Vacancy at Strivo Labs

2 - 4 years’ experience in video editing and videography. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong camera operation skills (DSLR/Mirrorless). Understanding of lighting, audio capture, and production techniques. Strong storytelling ability and creativity. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. A strong portfolio showcasing video work (required).

Video Production & Shooting: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, events, and social media. Set up cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment. Capture interviews, promotional videos, product demos, and marketing clips. Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines. Add motion graphics, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and colour grading. Maintain consistent visual quality across all content. Content Ideation & Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualise visuals. Suggest ideas, themes, and visual storytelling approaches. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, strategy, and audience needs. Asset Management & Workflow: Organise footage, archive content, and manage media storage. Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain production schedules.
