- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, call reviews, and performance reports.
- Handle escalated delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements with customers.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present collection performance reports to management.
- Train, mentor, and coach collection officers to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with risk, operations, and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all collection activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
