Collaborate closely with internal teams (Programs, Credit, Community, Partnerships) to enhance service delivery, improve client experience, and increase overall value for both clients and Shecluded. Support research, data gathering, and market analysis, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations that inform program design, business advisory interventions, and strategic decision-making. Monitor client performance and advisory outcomes, tracking progress, identifying gaps, and adjusting support strategies to ensure businesses achieve measurable results. Contribute to Shecluded’s growth and impact goals by identifying partnership opportunities, supporting stakeholder engagement, and strengthening relationships within the MSME ecosystem. Design and facilitate business training, workshops, and coaching sessions, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and aligned with the needs of women entrepreneurs across sectors.
