Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage). A strong understanding of MSMEs/SMEs and the business climate in Nigeria. Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate client objectives into practical business solutions and deliverables. Knowledge of key business drivers, regulatory factors, and operational processes across different sectors. Ability to define strategies, build business cases, and design target operating models (processes, customer journeys, workflows). Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and familiarity with Canva or similar business tools. Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership or management potential—ability to coach, coordinate, and guide others. Excellent written and spoken English (local languages are an added advantage). consulting experience.
