Operate machinery for drying, cleaning (removing foreign material), grading (by size/quality), and treating seeds (applying protective coatings) Bag, label, and prepare seeds for shipment; maintain neat and organized storage; assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation. Safely operate equipment (potentially including forklifts), perform routine checks, and assist with troubleshooting operational issues. Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain accurate records of processing activities and compliance. Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures to ensure the integrity of processed materials Conduct regular inspections and tests on processed seeds to maintain quality standards Address any quality issues promptly and develop corrective action plans Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues Assist in implementing best practices for waste reduction and resource conservation Any other duties as assigned to meet organisational requirements
