Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations Ensure high standards of customer service at all times Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming Train, guide, and motivate service staff Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions Assist management with staff scheduling and reporting.
