Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
• Assist management with staff scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of food service standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
