Sales & Operations Lead (FMCG)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 3 – 6 years experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing within Nigeria Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or off-takers Strong field sales capability and market presence Practical understanding of FMCG distribution in Nigeria Existing distributor or trade network is a strong advantage Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an added advantage Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
