Sales Responsibilities Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients through online and offline channels Actively market real estate products to individuals, cooperatives, and corporate clients Conduct site inspections, property presentations, and client meetings Negotiate prices, payment plans, and close sales deals Maintain accurate client records and follow up on prospects Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Marketing Responsibilities: Support content creation for ads, flyers, reels, and promotional materials Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and marketing activations Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Collaborate with the design and media team to improve brand visibility Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
