Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in lubricant sales.
Experience with industrial/automotive lubricants (B2B or aftermarket).
Strong relationship management with stockists, wholesalers, and retailers.
Skills:
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong product and technical knowledge of lubricants.
Market research and competitor analysis ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Develop and execute sales strategies.
