Candidates should possess an OND, HND / Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1 - 3 years experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related roles. Experience in phone and gadget sales is a strong advantage. Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems. Other Requirements: Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays (shift-based). Must be able to work on-site at any assigned SLOT outlet. Age range typically 20–35 years. Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management. Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories to maximize revenue. Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and product information are communicated to customers. Customer Service & Experience: Provide a warm, professional, and courteous customer experience at all times. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues promptly and professionally. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure adherence to customer service standards and brand values. Product Knowledge & Merchandising: Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, benefits, and usage. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and competitor offerings.
