Overview

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally.
  • Train, schedule, and motivate front office staff to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and front desk reports.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Ensure front office equipment (computers, phones, POS systems) is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
  • Assist with staff performance evaluations and recommend improvements when needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports as required by management.
  • Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, groups, and special events when required.
