Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a background in law or a related field to support a Management Executive in handling his daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business Admin or a related field preferred. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Highly respectful, confident and emotional intelligent.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Prepare and organize legal documents, reports, and presentations. Research: Conduct research and summarize findings for the executive, assisting in decision-making. Client Interaction: Serve as a liaison between the executive, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professionalism. Document Management: Maintain organized files and records related to legal matters, ensuring confidentiality and easy access. Project Coordination:Assist in managing various projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met. Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics and material preparation.
