We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrative Manager to support our Managing Director and oversee smooth office operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the MD: manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the MD, staff, and external partners.
  • Oversee daily office administration, facilities, and supplies.
  • Coordinate company events, trainings, and staff schedules.
  • Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and documentation.
  • Lead and guide the admin team to ensure efficiency and collaboration.
