Overview

We are recruiting, on behalf of its client, a highly experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior management team. This is a high-impact role for a mature, highly organized professional with strong experience in executive support, coordination, and HR-related processes. You will work closely with leadership, manage sensitive information, and play a key role in keeping the executive office running efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence
  • Liaise with senior staff, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action points
  • Support HR processes including recruitment coordination, staff records, and performance tracking
  • Prepare executive briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in executive assistance, administration, or HR
