2–3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, typography, and digital design capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma. Good understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and modern design trends. Ability to translate ideas into clean, professional, and visually appealing designs. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage but not required. A growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to collaborate.

Support the creation and refinement of brand identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines. Design digital assets such as social media creatives, pitch decks, web graphics, email templates, and marketing materials. Assist in developing brand collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials. Interpret creative briefs and produce visually engaging concepts with high attention to detail. Contribute to UI/UX projects by creating visual elements, assets, and style guides where needed. Work closely with the Creative Lead, Product Designers, and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support creative research, moodboards, visual trends exploration, and competitive benchmarking. Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to brand and campaign development. Maintain organized project files and documentation for smooth workflow and collaboration.
