Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Brand Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, a passion for branding, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling design assets. You will support the development of brand identity systems, digital assets, campaign materials, and visual experiences across Strivo Labs and client projects. Responsibilities
- Support the creation and refinement of brand identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Design digital assets such as social media creatives, pitch decks, web graphics, email templates, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing brand collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials.
- Interpret creative briefs and produce visually engaging concepts with high attention to detail.
- Contribute to UI/UX projects by creating visual elements, assets, and style guides where needed.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead, Product Designers, and Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support creative research, moodboards, visual trends exploration, and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to brand and campaign development.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for smooth workflow and collaboration.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, typography, and digital design capabilities.
