HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and record-keeping.
• Help manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
• Assist in performance management initiatives and tracking KPIs.
• Contribute to creating HR policies, reports, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Relevant coursework or prior HR/operations experience is an advantage.
