Customer Service Representative Vacancy at SRS Collection

Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field Proven experience in customer service is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Maintain customer records and document interactions Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
