Customer Service Representative

Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.) At least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience using CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset. Problem-solving abilities. Basic tech skills (handling POS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person. Assist customers with placing, tracking, or modifying food orders. Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally. Promote products by suggesting popular food items. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM. Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams for smooth operations. Provide feedback to help improve services.
