Customer Service Assistant

Basic computer & Mathematics knowledge is an advantage. Experience: Customer service or sales-related role, preferably within food service, retail, or hospitality. Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers and drive sales through upselling or product promotion. Greet customers warmly and answer questions about menu items. Take and process food and drink orders accurately. Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. Handle payments using POS systems and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness of the service counter and dining area. Assist with packing takeout and delivery orders neatly. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to a supervisor when needed. Restock service items like napkins, cutlery, and takeaway packaging. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Support team members during peak hours for smooth operations. Actively promote products and upsell to increase customer spend.
