Responsibilities
- Expert Consultation: Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook with empathy and professional health-product knowledge.
- Sales & Conversion: Use your persuasive skills to close sales and earn commissions on every order generated through your chats.
- Order Management: Collect customer information, confirm payments, and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with existing customers to check on their progress and encourage repeat purchases.
- Problem Solving: Handle delivery delays or customer complaints with a calm and helpful attitude.
