This role requires strong process orientation, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM platforms to ensure clean data, effective segmentation, and integration with other marketing tools
- Track campaign performance and patient engagement metrics, providing actionable insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and pipeline visibility for leadership and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, HIPAA, and healthcare IT standards
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system usage
- Support execution of digital campaigns across social media, email, and website platforms
- Maintain documentation for CRM processes and marketing operations
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
