Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer (Remote) to keep our day-to-day admin running smoothly. You’ll support internal coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication—helping the team stay organized and responsive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and internal schedules (Google Calendar)
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and trackers (Google Docs/Sheets)
  • Coordinate meetings: invites, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handle general correspondence and inquiries via email/WhatsApp; route requests to the right team member
  • Maintain organized digital filing in Google Drive (naming conventions, folders, version control)
  • Support basic HR/admin tasks (staff records, onboarding checklists, leave tracking)
  • Assist with vendor/client admin support (quotes, invoices follow-up, service documentation)

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years experience in admin/operations support (remote experience is a plus)
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills
