Overview

The Accounts/Administrative Intern will assist the accounting and administrative teams with various tasks, providing support in areas such as financial record-keeping, data entry, administrative duties, and other tasks as required. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounting and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Reconcile statements and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform other accounting tasks as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in special projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting is preferred.
