HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 2–4 years experience in IT support or related roles (experience in e-commerce is an added advantage). Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and online tools. Basic knowledge of database management and web operations. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.

Provide technical support for all staff (systems, software, hardware, and networking). Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems. Manage and update the e-commerce website backend and ensure smooth online operations. Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and devices. Oversee data backup, cybersecurity measures, and IT policies. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacements. Support digital payment systems, POS machines, and platform integrations. Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow through technology. Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.
