Overview

Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage new hire orientation
• Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and interpersonal conflicts;advise on policies
• Organize and deliver training programs;support employee growth
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, pensions, and ensure fair pay
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment law
• Monitor staff performance, implement coaching, and manage performance improvement plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 years post NYSC experience in HR field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Confidentiality, fairness, adaptability, and people-focused.
