Market and sell the company’s fund investment products to individuals: Promote and sell fund placement products to individuals and corporate bodies. Promote digital channels adoption: They interact with existing and potential customers by using the company’s Wealth Creation Investment App. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, understand their financial needs and guide them on using the Wealth Management App Product knowledge Stay up to date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value to the customers Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of the fund placements products, and guide them on how to utilize the company’s products and service their wealth maximization Performance Metrics Sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products. Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and grow the customer base. Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery. Digital channel adoption: Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management app.
