Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote products/services and increase brand visibility.
• Identify potential customers, engage prospects, and create awareness through face-to-face interactions.
• Execute marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and support on-site activations.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, leads generated, and daily reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the public.
• Work with the marketing and sales team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits, community engagements, and outreach activities.
• Provide regular updates to management on field performance and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Must have 2–3 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, or promotional marketing.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to meet targets, generate leads, and convert prospects into active customers.
• Good understanding of market research, customer outreach, and brand promotion activities.
• Must be energetic, result-driven, and comfortable working in outdoor/field environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with reporting, basic documentation, and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
