Area Marketing Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or related industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of themarket and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and salons. Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Collaborate with the national marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and messaging. Manage areamarketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Train and mentor marketing teams to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations. Ensure the deployment, installation, compliance, and maintenance of merchandising and point of sale materials in the region. Measurement / Performance Indicators Brilliant execution of all activation activities in line with agreed objectives. Effective deployment of POP materials. Achievement of target vs. actual performance (KPIs). Availability of pre- and post-evaluation of all activation activities.
