We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tele-Sales Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-Time Contract

Job Description

  • As a Tele-Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls and following up with potential customers. Your primary goal is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide them with solutions that align with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Present and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Handle objections and inquiries from customers professionally and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus with 1-2 years experience
  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
