We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tech Sales Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth and Enrollment:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attract prospective students and meet enrollment targets.
  • Analyze student enrollment trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Promote and sell our tech training programs to individual and institutional prospects
  • Identify, generate, and actively follow up on new leads and enrollment opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and long-term engagement

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, approach, and nurture partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, community-based organizations, and government agencies to promote the academy’s offerings. Powering Movement, Empowering Africans
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Marketing and Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) that highlight the academy’s tech and professional courses.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach activities to increase visibility.

Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and student preferences to guide program development.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new markets and recommend opportunities for business growth and diversification.

Representation and Public Engagement:

  • Represent the academy at education fairs, networking events, conferences, and seminars to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential partners and stakeholders.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain a pipeline of business development activities and report on key metrics such as partnership conversions, campaign performance, and enrollment growth.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales within the education, edu-tech, or training sector.
  • Proven success in developing partnerships, executing campaigns, and driving growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, digital skills training, and workforce development trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
