Job Detail

• As our Social Media & Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing content across our platforms, driving sales through creative storytelling, and ensuring every customer interaction is warm, helpful, and aligned with our brand’s values.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with the team to plan and run campaigns and promotions
• Create and post engaging reels, carousels, captions, and customer-centered stories
• Manage DMs, respond to inquiries, and close sales
• Follow up on leads and assist customers throughout their shopping journey
• Assist with packaging, order tracking, and dispatch coordination
• Join the team in brainstorming and implementing new ways to grow our online presence and customer base

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 years experience
• Strong social media skills, especially on Instagram
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• A natural salesperson who’s warm, convincing, and helpful
• Creative thinker with a love for kids’ products and early learning
• Good writing and basic visual content creation skills
• Organized and proactive team player
• Previous experience in sales or social media management is a big plus
• Canva design skills
• Must live in Ikorodu
