Job Summary

  • Marketers for a diesel/Gas station will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer engagement. The marketers are to be engaged in building a strong brand reputation within the Ogun State Community.
  • By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, marketers can help diesel stations attract and retain customers, drive sales growth, and build a strong brand reputation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strong brand identity for the diesel station, highlighting its unique selling points and value proposition.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers, such as fleet managers, truck drivers, and equipment operators.
  • Implement loyalty programs and retention equipment operators.
  • Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to keep existing customers engaged and loyal.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, such as discounts, loyalty rewards, and limited-time offers, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as trucking companies, construction firms, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue for the diesel station.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Establish the diesel station as a trusted and reliable brand in the industry.
  • Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring market trends and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • BSC/HND or related qualification with experience as market in a filling station or related areas with 1-3 years experience Sales Representative at an Oil and Gas – 21Search Limited (5 Vacancies)
  • Ability to market filling station and drive sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare reports and make presentations where necessary
  • Basic computer skills like MS office and Office 365
  • Client acquisition and management.
