Job Summary

• We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hospitality services, drive bookings, and increase brand awareness.
• The goal is to meet or exceed booking targets while building a strong brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase bookings and revenue.
• Stay up-to-date on CasaLavoro’s luxury fixtures, amenities, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with potential guests.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote special packages, events, and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly and reservation targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize room bookings and revenue.
• Work closely with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support group sales and event planning efforts through targeted sales initiatives.
• Prepare weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• BSc Degree / HND in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of verifiable 2-3 years of experience in hospitality sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
