We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Human Resource / Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, job expectations, and workplace culture.
  • Address staff concerns and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Assist with processing employee payroll and managing benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages, hours, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to ensure employees meet restaurant standards.
  • Support managers in setting employee goals and monitoring progress.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Keep the team informed about any updates to policies or regulations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / Month.

2.)  Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time Firewood Rice Nigeria Job Vacancies (5 Positions)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND or HND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.

3.) HR/Admin Executive

4.) Inventory Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Monitor daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging items, and finished food products.
  • Record and update all inventory transactions in the system (manual or digital).
  • Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method is strictly adhered to for perishables.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly routine stock counts and reconcile with records.
  • Report discrepancies or unusual stock variations to the Inventory Supervisor or Operations Manager.
  • Receive incoming supplies from vendors and verify quantity and quality against invoices/delivery notes.
  • Label and store materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Issue items to kitchen staff based on approved requisitions and document usage.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all stock movements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records including stock cards, bin cards, and system entries.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Assist in preparing inventory valuation reports and audits.
  • Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and pest-free.
  • Monitor expiry dates of consumables and escalate issues for prompt action.
  • Ensure cold room and dry store items are stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions.
  • Liaise with procurement, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure adequate stock planning.
  • Alert management in advance about low stock or potential shortages.
  • Support in periodic audits and compliance reviews as required.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 monthly.

5.) Kitchen Accountant

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record all food transfers from the central kitchen to outlets and canteens, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Implement cost-control strategies and highlight any areas of wastage or overuse.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly kitchen financial reports (cost of production, stock movement, kitchen expenses, etc.).
  • Track food costs and ensure they align with standard recipe costings.
  • Work with the inventory officer to conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Verify the accuracy of kitchen stock-in and stock-out transactions.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper documentation and tracking of purchases.
  • Liaise with outlet/canteen supervisors to confirm receipt of dispatched items and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with the kitchen team to maintain standard portion control and ensure compliance with recipe cards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures related to kitchen finance and inventory.
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies in all kitchen financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
