Job Summary
- The Customer Service Representative is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction through their experience with Bankyloolas products and services.
- This role focuses on building robust client relationships, offering continuous support, and proactively working with the online order takers and the digital marketing team to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Description
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Cold calling new and existing customers, ensuring they are familiar with our products and services.
- Collaborate with the online order takers and the digital marketing officer to improve overall service delivery.
- Manage customer data, profile update, and growth opportunities to drive profitable engagement.
- Collate and curate a birthday and anniversary promo for customers using the database.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics to management.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to the product development team to improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
