Field Sales Agent at Renda Africa

Renda is a logistics and mobility technology company transforming the delivery of Value-Added Services (VAS) across Africa. Our SCALE product delivers solutions such as vehicle repairs, fueling, CNG conversion, spare parts, and insurance to operators and businesses in the mobility space.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Field Sales Agent will drive revenue growth by engaging directly with potential B2C and small-business customers in the field.
  • The role involves promoting automotive repairs, CNG conversions, maintenance packages, and spare parts sales while delivering excellent customer service and meeting aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective customers to promote company services and convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct basic on-site assessments and prepare preliminary quotes.
  • Distribute marketing materials and carry out product/service demonstrations.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales management to improve offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Support local marketing events, activations, and promotions to generate leads.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Success Metrics

  • Sales conversion rate from field visits
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets
  • Customer satisfaction scores
  • Number of new customers acquired
  • Repeat business rate from existing customers

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years experience in field sales, preferably in automotive services, transportation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting set targets.
  • Basic technical understanding of automotive services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
