We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Sales Agent
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging marketing leads.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and foster repeat business.
- Delivering effective presentations and demonstrations of products or services to showcase their value and benefits.
- Negotiating and closing sales, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals and following up on leads.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies and reporting.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.
Requirements / Key Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 2 – 4 years work experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly articulate product benefits and build rapport with customers.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
- Sales Acumen: The ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Time Management and Organization: The ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address customer concerns and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
- Market Knowledge: Awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
Salary
N750,000 per month.
