Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering professional skin care, beauty, and wellness treatments in a serene spa environment. You must be knowledgeable about various skin types and conditions, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, chemical peels, and body treatments.
• Recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products based on the client’s skin analysis.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment area.
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each session.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and skincare trends, techniques, and products.
• Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences.
• Promote spa services and packages to clients when appropriate.
• Follow all spa protocols and hygiene standards.

Education & Certification

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as an aesthetician (if required by local regulations).
• Additional training or certification in advanced skin treatments or spa therapies is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an aesthetician in a spa, salon, or wellness clinic.
• Experience with both manual and equipment-based treatments is preferred (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED therapy, etc.).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Sales ability for recommending products and services.
• Time management and organizational skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must reside around Osapa London, Lekki.

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
