As the Business development executive, you will be responsible for Leading our efforts in enhancing brand visibility and driving growth, while also expanding our presence across Africa.

Responsibilities
Design and execute innovative web and online marketing strategies, including B2B outreach and social networking initiatives, to enhance our online presence and engage with potential customers.
Oversee and manage all aspects of income and outgoing sales, ensuring accountability and efficiency in distributing products and services across multiple regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and scalability across different African countries, tailoring strategies to local markets.
Identify and partner with key influencers within the beauty sector to promote us through strategic campaigns and social media initiatives, amplifying brand reach and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
2 – 3 years of relevant experience preferably within the e-commerce or cosmetics industry.
Experience in targeting, converting and winning new business and/or new territories.
Salary
